The following are short bios on our leadership team:



Bart Azzarelli, Jr. is married to Janice and has three children, B.J., Gina, and Ariana, along with daughter-in-law Kelly and three grandchildren, Desiree, Aidan and Megan. He is also blessed to have a great grandchild, Aniyah McKendree. For the past forty six years, Mr. Azzarelli has been in the underground utility business. He is the founder of Dallas 1 Corporation, a family owned business, based on Biblical principles. Having now completed thirty years in business, Dallas 1 has grown from annual sales of $1.4 million to $30 million with a net worth of $6 million. These accomplishments are credited to the fact that Dallas 1 is a closely held corporation that equips and encourages the employees to conduct their business and personal lives according to Biblical principles.


Beckel   Jacob J. Beckel is the Founder, Chairman & CEO of AnazaoHealth Corporation. He is Chairman of the Board for the International Journal of Pharmaceutical Compounding (IJPC), a fellow of the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (IACP), and serves on the University of Florida College of Pharmacy National Advisory Board. Mr. Beckel serves as a donor advisor to the AnazaoHealth Charitable Foundation Fund and to the Beckel Charitable Foundation Fund. 
  Eric Branson began his career in the U.S. Army as a combat engineer in Germany. His unit was called upon as a forward rapid deployment force to provide safe passage to the battlefield for our troops. He was honorably discharged as a Private First Class in July 1991. Eric entered St. Pete College upon his return to study Business Administration and graduated in 1995.Eric studied for and earned his Series 7 license in 1996 and entered the Financial Services Industry. Eric chose UBS to grow his practice based on their broad open architecture platform for clients. As the needs of clients have changed over the years Eric has put his emphasis on developing out a wealth management practice focused on navigating his clients through the transitions of life. His goal from the time he meets a client candidate for a private briefing is to fully understand the individuals needs as it pertains to the transitions that lie ahead of them. Only after working through his process is he confident directing an action plan to move forward. Eric is an active member of the Tampa Bay area community currently volunteering as a Children's Supervisor with Bible Study Fellowship, active member of First Baptist Church St. Petersburg, past chair of the Suncoast Center for Community Mental Health, past chair of PARC, past president of the All Children's Hospital Foundation Development Council.

Curt Brown opened Ambassador’s Tampa Bay, Florida office in June 2014. Curt spent 30 years in the banking industry and served in a variety of positions with Indiana National Bank (INB), The National Bank of Detroit (NBD), and First Chicago NBD as well as President of Tower Bank in Fort Wayne, IN. A graduate of Taylor University and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Curt is a certified facilitator of Steven Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. Curt and his wife, Sue, have been married for over 37 years. They have grown triplets, two sons and a daughter. Curt and Sue enjoy riding bikes and many other outdoor activities. They also enjoy reading and traveling, usually to see their sons, who live in Washington, DC, and Birmingham, AL. Their daughter resides nearby in Tampa.


Brownlee   David Brownlee is the Area Director for Mission Increase Foundation, a partnership with the National Christian Foundation in the Tampa Bay area. He brings over 30 years of senior management experience in the finance and operations area in publically and privately held companies as well as in the non-profit sector. Before joining Mission Increase he was a founding partner and COO of LCM Group, a Tampa based asset management firm. David has had the privilege of serving in a variety of capacities including sitting on numerous ministry and non-profit boards in the Tampa Bay area. David has a degree in economics from the University of Michigan, has two adult daughters, and lives with his wife Debbie in Tampa.
Carver   Vickie Carver, M.A. is co-founder of Family God’s Way, a ministry dedicated to establishing and growing strong Biblical Households. Vickie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in Lutz, Fl. She serves on the Board of Directors for Life Connections Counseling Center and she is Co-Chair of 100 Shares Tampa Bay. Vickie has served on the Board of Trustees for the National Christian Foundation Tampa Bay since 2011 and is a donor advisor for The Family Tree Foundation Fund.
emery-ellinger-about-share   Emery Ellinger earned his business and financial expertise as a banker, corporate advisor and president of several companies. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Washington & Lee University, he rapidly rose through the ranks at Bank South and later Merrill Lynch, before becoming an entrepreneur. He founded Aberdeen Marketing, Inc., a marketing company that he built from the ground up into a $7 million revenue and eventually sold to a larger firm. Emery has expertise in all areas of M&A Advisory practice. He has successfully completed over 200 transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financings. His proven track record includes highly complex deals, including merging a traditional consulting business with an Internet company, then securing venture capital funding of $6 million. He also conceived and led the acquisition strategy of two companies, which resulted in the largest national source of government bids, valued at more than $1 billion. Emery is repeatedly recognized as the leading mergers and acquisitions thought leader in the Tampa Bay market and is well known throughout the South for his ability to connect ideal buyers with sellers. 


Doug Free   Douglas Free is the Managing Member of Clearwell Group, LLC, a family office investment manager in Tampa, Florida. He is also Partner and Investment Committee Member of LCM Global, a fund of private investment managers primarily including hedge funds. Mr. Free’s investment experience includes equity research, investment banking, hedge fund analysis and portfolio construction. He served as Director in Merrill Lynch’s Hedge Fund Group focused on the investment analysis and portfolio management of hedge funds, including managing a ML team of hedge fund analysts. His global development experience includes a stint as Director of Sector Research at Geneva Global, Inc., a global philanthropic advisor in the Philadelphia area, and teaching English in China with ELIC. Mr. Free and his wife, Tabitha, have three young children.
Gaylord   Blake Gaylord is an attorney with the law firm of Gaylord Merlin Ludovici and Diaz. His practice focuses on representing landowners in eminent domain cases and property tax appeals. Prior to practicing law, he served as an officer in the U.S. Army with deployments to Korea, Kuwait and Afghanistan. Mr. Gaylord is a Tampa native who attends Idlewild Baptist Church.


Gulbis   Vit Gulbis brings an emphasis in tax and business planning to his representation of closely-held businesses and professional practices. His practice integrates the personal and estate tax planning concerns of business owners with business planning. He has represented closely-held businesses throughout their life cycle. He is experienced in the corporate governance and financial concerns of small businesses, and regularly represents clients in their merger and acquisition and financing transactions. In addition, Vit regularly represents tax-exempt organizations, including private foundations, in their organization, operation and mergers or reorganizations.
Hayward   Adam Hayward is an NFL linebacker with the Washington Redskins and former special teams captain and linebacker for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In a profession where the average player’s career is 2-3 years, Adam is going into his 8th year having just signed a 3 year contract with Washington. Adam also has a cattle business based out of the Plant City and is an avid hunter. He spends his offseason with his wife Angela and two daughters, in the woods hunting and serving numerous Christian ministries around the US.
Henderson   Robbie Henderson graduated with a degree in Public Relations and Mass Communications. He has spent his life in real estate. Working in almost every facet of real estate, he started his career at the age of 18 working at his parents Tampa real estate firm. Working side by side with both parents allowed Mr. Henderson to gain critical knowledge, integrity and wisdom. He brings his cultivated experience and vast knowledge about the market and neighborhoods to Bell Henderson Real Estate.
Kirby   Jed Kirby is the Founder and President of Kirby Family Properties and the Co-Founder and CEO of KDS Interiors. His career focus has been on commercial and residential real estate investment, development, and valuation. He is married to Katie Kirby, and they have two sons, Wyatt and Colt. He and Katie are also licensed foster care parents.
Kobel   Edward M. Kobel is the President and Chief Operating Officer of DeBartolo Development, LLC. DeBartolo Development was formed in 2003 by Mr. Kobel and DeBartolo Family members to continue the legacy of Edward J. DeBartolo Sr., and Edward DeBartolo Jr. into Nationwide real estate development. Since its inception Mr. Kobel has assembled a team that has created a nationwide platform from Hawaii to Florida. DeBartolo Development, LLC was capitalized by the DeBartolo Family along with major capital commitments that Mr. Kobel arranged with Prudential Insurance Company of America and USAA Insurance Company. These major institutions have underwritten a development pipeline of over 1 Billion dollars in value. Mr. Kobel is responsible for the strategy and its execution along with the company’s capitalization.
Lanning   Joanne Lanning is a Dream Coordinator for Children's Dream Fund, a non-profit organization whose mission is to fulfill dreams for children ages 3-18 who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. Ms. Lanning is also a Budget Counselor for Crown Financial Ministries where whe implements practical, biblically-based solutions to help others in managing their personal finances. One area of focus that is vitally important to Ms. Lanning is her work in Women's Ministry. Through prayer and mentoring, she has a passion to see women grow in generosity and in spirit. Ms. Lanning earned her program certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of South Florida.
Manson   Doug Manson is president of MansonBolves Attorneys at Law, Inc. He has more than 25 years experience representing private sector and governments in water, environmental, administrative and governmental law. Named as one of Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, Doug has an AV Rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Doug has represented a myriad of public supply, industry, business and agricultural clients seeking regulatory authorization for their operations. His other specialties within environmental law include water use and surface water permitting, sovereignty of submerged land, ordinary high water line issues, and regulatory compliance and enforcement issues.
Moe   Benjamin A. Moe is the Chief Financial Officer of Advantage Waypoint, LLC. With over 70 offices in all 50 states, Advantage Waypoint delivers sales and service support to local, regional and national clients in the foodservice marketplace. Prior to joining Advantage Waypoint, Mr. Moe spent six years as an investment banker with Bear Stearns and Raymond James, focused primarily on M&A and capital raising, as well as six years as an officer in the United States Air Force. Mr. Moe earned his BS in Management from the US Air Force Academy and his MBA from Duke University.



J.D. Pellecchia, CFP®, CIMA®, CKA® has been practicing in the financial arena since 1997. As a Certified Kingdom Advisor®, he leads his clients through financial planning and investment management with legacy and generosity as guideposts. Prior to this, J.D served his country with honor for nine years in the United States Marine Corps. He received his Bachelors from Florida State University and an International MBA from Georgetown University. J.D. also continually serves our community through volunteering in various capacities for many non-profits and ministries. This includes his current service in the following organizations - First Priority Tampa Bay, The Salvation Army Tampa, and Boy Scouts of America. Also, J.D. is an outdoor enthusiast and a “top 20″ finisher in the Hawaii Half-Ironman Triathlon many years ago. Through all of this J.D. is blessed to have the support and love of his wife and their two teenagers.

Beth Reed   Beth Reed has served on several boards in the past including the board of Wesley Biblical Seminary in Jackson, MS, as chair for 9 of her 18 years there. Since 2003 she has served on the board of Forge, and is chair for the past 4 years. Forge is a discipleship-training ministry in Aurora, CO, which also provides speakers for events such as Promise Keepers. Beth and her husband, Jim, have ministered in the Czech Republic since 2004 teaching in outreach English Camps and various seminars with Integrity Life, a university student minitry based in Brno, Czech Republic. In 2007, they helped with a church plant called Candlewood Community Church in Land o Lakes, FL a daughter church of Oakwood Community Church in Tampa. Beth's degree in Christian Education from Asbury University has enabled her to minister in churches and camps in many locations. They have two delightful married children with wonderful spouses and two adorable grandsons.
James Reed  

James Reed, PhD, is a licensed Florida psychologist and founder and Director Emeritus of Life Connections Counselor Center, Inc., a non-profit, 501(c)3 counseling center staffed entirely by Christians. Life Connections provides below market mental health services through their Barnabas Program, a client scholarship program funded by donations from the community. Jim grew up in Liberia, West Africa, the son of Christian missionaries working at a radio station. After receiving a BA in English from The University of Miami, he received an MACT in English and a PhD in Counseling Psychology from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Jim and his wife Beth have been married since 1982, have a married daughter with two grandsons, and a married son. They are involved in leadership at Candlewood Community Church in Land o Lakes. Since 2004 they have worked with the Brno Evangelical Fellowship church and IntegrityLife, a student ministry in the Czech Republic, providing English teaching teams for outreach English camps, marriage seminars, and parenting seminars. In his spare time he reads, flies his airplane, hunts, fishes, and plays golf.



Smith   Byron Smith, CPA, ABV, PFS, joined Gregory, Sharer & Stuart in 1999 and is a leader in their Wealth Strategies & Services Team. In addition, he oversees all tax services rendered for nonprofit clients. His areas of concentration include planning for wealth accumulation and preservation, taxation and accounting issues regarding estates and trusts, board governance, and tax consulting for nonprofit organizations. Byron has developed extensive knowledge in service to nonprofit organizations, charitable giving, and business succession planning for closely-held businesses. In addition, Byron has been actively involved in comprehensive income tax planning for indivuduals, s corps, controlled groups and partnerships in retail, manufacturing, agricultural, and various service industries and client representation before the IRS.
Snyder   Bruce D. Snyder, CFP®, CKA® Born in Indiana as the second oldest of ten children, Bruce attended college at Indiana Central College with a major in business. He came into the financial services business in 1974, established Snyder Financial Group in 1985, and then completed his CFP designation in 1987. He has completed numerous courses in estate planning, retirement life planning, retirement income planning, asset allocation and wealth management. As an active leader in his church, Bruce enjoys helping people plan for a better future and charitable planning. His hobbies are reading, golf, gardening and sailing. 


Stanger   James Stanger is a Certified Financial Planner™ providing financial planning and wealth management to his clients in the Tampa Bay area. As a Raymond James financial professional, he is fully versed in vital financial strategies ranging from tactical money management to retirement planning to managing all aspects of wealth, and he values an intelligent, client-centered approach to investing. Mr. Stanger and his wife, Teri, live in North Tampa and have four children and two grandchildren. They are both very involved in a biblical principles approach to education and home schooling.


Brent Williams   Brent Williams, CFP®, is the President and a Financial Advisor at Taylor & Williams, Inc. (Started in 2001).  He is passionate about assisting others in accomplishing God’s plan for their lives through investment strategies based on Christian values. Brent and his wife Aimee, have three boys, Conner, Cade, and Cody.  They attend CrossPointe Church and enjoy living in the Land O Lakes community.


Wolf   Thomas Wolf has been an entrepreneur most of his career building and selling businesses. The last several years he has been changing the trajectory of people’s lives, and the world, one purpose at a time. He does this by coaching with his book, Identity and Destiny - 7 Steps to a Purpose-Filled Life. He has made a study of business, sales, entrepreneurship, corporate culture and success tools creating a valuable base of transferable experience and wisdom. Mr. Wolf earned his BS in Accounting from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia and his MBA in Marketing from Temple University in Philadelphia.
