Andrew J. Prilliman, President, NCF Outdoors

Andrew grew up in Zephyrhills, FL, a small town just outside of Tampa, where he spent his weekends inshore fishing for snook and redfish, spearfishing and lobstering offshore on his uncle’s boat and hunting a family friend’s dove field a few minutes from his house.

After high school, Andrew joined the United States Marine Corps where he graduated Parris Island Boot Camp as his platoon’s Honor Graduate. During his time in the Corps Andrew was a 6 time consecutive Expert Marksman, endured cold weather survival training in Norway and in 2003, was part of the initial invasion into Iraq where he spent his days in a turret behind a .50 caliber machine gun. His unit was awarded a Presidential Unit Citation (PUC) for “extraordinary heroism and outstanding performance in action against enemy forces in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.” This was the first time a PUC has been awarded since the Vietnam War. He was honorably discharged as a Platoon Sergeant in 2007.

While in the Marine Corps Andrew earned a Business Degree from the University of South Florida and in 2009 joined the National Christian Foundation Tampa Bay as a Relationship Manager working with local families in simplifying and maximizing the tax deductibility of their charitable giving. His passion is serving business leaders and professional athletes and he loves taking people on outdoors experiences any chance he gets. Recently, Andrew launched NCF Outdoors, an initiative to strengthen relationships with current NCF givers, develop new relationships with future givers and encourage and challenge individuals spiritually though Generous Giving’s Journey of Generosity programs, all while sharing an unforgettable experience connecting with God’s creation.

Angie WaldauerAngela C. Waldauer, Director of Giver Services, NCF Tampa Bay
Originally from Beckley, West Virginia, Angie received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in 1994 at the age of 24.  She and her husband, AJ, have three sons. Her eldest is 21 with a beautiful baby girl, the middle son is fifteen, and the youngest is twelve.  Three boys can keep a working mom very busy but she gets lots of help from her husband, AJ.  She and her family are members of Calvary Baptist Church in Clearwater, Florida.

Angie came to serve at NCFTB in September of 2006.  Prior to joining us, Angie served as the Office Manager of a physical therapy clinic in Sun City Center, Florida.  Her passion is serving Jesus Christ whenever, wherever, and however she can and for the past 19 years that’s been mostly by being a “hands on” mom.  Her heart for ministry begins with her own children and extends to helping young mothers in crisis pregnancies through the Pinellas County Pregnancy Center.  Angie is also involved in a non-denominational Christian renewal program called Via de Cristo that holds retreats twice a year to help Christians renew their fire for Christ.
A graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Angie has a wide range of experience from working eight years in the financial services industry.  Among her many skills are planning seminars, organizing medium sized conventions, providing marketing assistance, customer service support, and managing a small office.  She has been given the gift of administration and is excited to be putting this gift to very good use working with our ministry.

robert collinsBob Collins, CFA, President, NCF Tampa Bay

Bob was appointed President in June, 2004. Bob received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in 1994 at the age of 29.  He and his wife, Tricia, have five children aged 13-20 years—four girls and one boy.  His youngest daughter was adopted from China in 2001.  They are part of an exciting new church movement called The Underground Network and are active in their micro-church ministry.

Bob brings a valuable set of gifts, abilities and experience from his background in the financial services industry.  He is results-oriented and knowledgeable in teamwork and the disciplines and dynamics of the marketplace.  Bob also has a heart for third-world missions, having made several trips to Costa Rica and Haiti where, among other things, he helped establish Vision of Hope Ministries.

The purpose and mission of NCFTB is to inspire, teach and encourage followers of Christ to radical, joyful and infectious generosity.  We want to see His people free, and His work here and around the world fully resourced.  We do not desire for funds to be contributed to the foundation and remain there, but rather flow out quickly to accomplish God’s purposes.

Bob has had a successful 17-year career in diverse areas of financial services, most notably in investment management with Goldman Sachs Asset Management.  Goldman Sachs is well known not only as one of the world’s premier investment firms, but also as one with a reputation of the highest integrity.

At retirement in 2002, Bob was Managing Director and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Equity Investment Management in Goldman Sachs’ London, UK office.  There he led a 54-person team responsible for investing $36 billion in European and Global equities portfolios.  Prior to that, Bob was Managing Director and Co-Chair of the Investment Committee for Goldman Sachs’ US growth equity investment management business (located in Tampa, Florida).  In that role, he was one of the leaders of a 14-person team managing $20 billion in US equities.  Both these businesses were very successful, with solid growth in assets and excellent investment performance.

Bob is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder.  CFA charterholders are rigorously qualified and are recognized worldwide for their high standards of professionalism and integrity for investment professionals.  During his employment in the financial services industry, Bob obtained several licenses from the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD): Securities Agent State Law (Series 63), General Securities Representative (Series 7), General Securities Principal (Series 24) and Investment Adviser (Series 65).

Bob’s years of experience in finance give him a unique ability to understand and design sophisticated approaches to giving in tax-smart ways.  Combined with the large and able staff of the National Christian Foundation's home office in Atlanta, we are confident that we can help donors implement giving strategies of optimal effectiveness.
